Wedding Bouquet Preservation

How much does a keepsake cost?

The 2024 price for a keepsake is $425 CDN. Refer to the keepsakes section for all the details.

Can I get more than one piece made?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of add-on sizes, from miniatures up to full sized pieces. The amount of add-ons possible is dependent on how many flowers you provide. We can press bridesmaids bouquets as well as centerpieces alongside your bouquet.

How do I care for my flowers after the wedding?

Keep your bouquet in water in a cool, dark place, preferably in a fridge if possible. If you have to travel a bit of a distance to drop the bouquet off, place them in a box surrounded by a few cooler packs, and keep it out of direct sunlight. The most important thing is to get them to me ASAP!

How do I deliver my flowers to you?

You can drop them off in person to me in Montreal, or have them shipped. For shipping instructions, please refer to our shipping guide. For Montreal brides, a helpful suggestion is to have a family member or other wedding guest drop the flowers off for you, so that you can focus on R&R in the days following the wedding. Drop off should be within 1-3 days after the wedding.

Do you accept international bouquets?

Only if you are married in Montreal or somewhere else in Canada. I unfortunately can’t accept international bouquets shipped from other countries, as the risk of the bouquet getting stuck at the border is high. But if you’re married within Canada, I can ship the completed keepsake to wherever it is you live in the world.

My bouquet is already dry. Can you still work with them?

Yes! I have a process for working with already dried flowers. While I can’t reverse any browning that may have occurred, already dried flowers make a very nice keepsake with a uniquely vintage vibe.

Will my flowers fade over time?

They will eventually. Many of your flowers may even change colour over the course of the drying process – pinks can turn to purple, white to light yellow, red to maroon; these changes are part of the shifting nature of flowers, and are best embraced as part of their beauty. I use processes to enhance and preserve the original colours, but as the years pass your flowers will fade to a gorgeous vintage palate. Your keepsake is a living testament that will change alongside you and your spouse, while remaining uniquely beautiful.
